    @SimonsChange, where are you? I'm in Middle Tennessee and we've had a tornado watch all day. Over at 7 p.m. they say.

    I just logged the NyQuil I took! 97 calories!!!! I’ll sleep them off🤧

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. 5 minutes bike plus 51 minutes on mini-trampoline plus 2 x 1 km trudge through the ankle-deep snow on the unplowed sidewalk ... yup, There was SIGNIFICANT snowfall all day long yesterday.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.

    (sings) "It actually looks alot like Christmas ..... When ... will Spring..get here?????"

    (could be the highland kitties are gonna rally some friends, and going to have anOTHER little chat with that groundhog ..... )

    + 9 Celsius (aka above freezing for those on the Fahrenheit scale) today and tomorrow .... looking a bit less like Christmas and a bit more like "Mud Figggghhhhtttt!' for the end of the School Break week. I bet the parents are th-RILLLL-ed about that .....
