Yes x3. I have a confession to make... I’ve seen Leslie Sansone walking videos mentioned so much.. but for some reason I had in my mind that they were some sort of low impact basic walking... geared towards seniors. I don’t actually know why I thought that!! But I finally looked her up today and tried a walk. And it was so fun! I get bored easily and love workouts that switch up a lot to keep me interested. And I loved that I could do it in my kitchen, with kids running around and still keep my eye on a pot of soup I was making!4 -

It was 70 degrees and sunny today in Northern CA -- absolutely blissful! Spring is officially here.3 -

Got some tornadic weather coming in which is never fun! Also going through minor keto flu which is always nice but staying true and staying strong!
Avocadoes help with that keto flu and spinach. I add spinach to my eggs in the morning. Also pink Himalayan salt can be your best friend. When I started to feel the keto flu symptoms I would literally just grind some out into a little sauce cup and throw it back. Hopefully that helps you. As will the tornadoes, the keto flu and it's nastiness too shall pass. Hope you feel better!!2 -
