Had a really busy day yesterday, so I apologize to all for not updating things as I should. All weights and step counts are updated today through 9:50am EDT. I'll check back later.
@Fattleass Proud of you my friend...I'm using you as inspiration and I'm back on track, with my head on straight as well. I'd fallen into the old trap of eating out a lot and it always ruins me. Went yesterday to get groceries and will be back to taking my lunch to work everyday and cooking every evening. For busy nights (piano and class), I've already started meal planning, have veggies made in advance and ready to reheat and I have a few frozen meals I can microwave as a Plan B when I'm hangry and the cravings hit. Fruit and granola bars will fill in when I need a little something sweet.
@Loriab901 I see you steppin girl! I wanna be you when I grow up!! I did hit my step goal every day this week though...it feels good to meet a goal!
