Adding 1 mile. Sat in an all day work class and it looked terrible to see my Fitbit showing I only did 250+ steps/hour for three hours so far.

@darkrider42 - I guess we'll forgive you this time ;) (Thanks for everything you do and all the great memes.)

I'm made it back from California safely but I'm finding I need more time to recover than I used to. I was looking forward to a healthy and relaxing day before I realized the local house tour was this morning. So off I ran for a busy morning of looking at other people's houses. Not the moving I had planned to do. I need to get back in the green!

Good to see everyone is alive and well since ai have been off here a few days.
    @Janet loved your photos
@Dave: Keep the memos coming. Enjoy reading them
@Dean: Ditto to what Anaconda said! She said it best. There is a reason why they call dogs, mans best friend,

I have been MIA taking care of my dad and dogs. Lots of appointments. My dad has done well after a week of new pacemaker but has been having a hard time moving as he is not to be baring weight on his left arm. Hard to do when you depend on a rolator and are bone on bone in one knee. Just before his surgery, my cancer pup tried to squeeze between him and catch his fragil skin on his shin and tore it open. So I have been dressing it each day. They hospital changed the protocol to medihoney from what I was doing and the would specialist told me that I was doing it right not letting a scab form...bu they told me I was wrong and so me doing it their way caused my dad to have to have it debriged.

On Thursday, I had a wipe out on my bike. My Ex bike! My lame pup was having issues and I went to dismount and apparently leaned too much and the entire bike flipped sideways. I could not get off it as it went over, and I rode it to the ground. I pulled my head in because I thought I was going to hit our enclosed fireplace but instead landed my left Gluteous Maximus into a small ornamental rod iron chair, catching the corner perfectly. A few inches more and I would have hit my spine. Fortunately, I hit the largest fat deposit of my body, leaving a bruise as big as disc frisbee on my behind with a tattooed impression of a perfect “V” (not for victory), but of the corner of the chair. I hit so hard that I bent the leg. Needless to say, I have been one sore puppy for a few days, but am truly grateful nothing was broken. Praise God.

    Adding 110 miles
    March 10: 20 miles: biking 18/walking 2
    March 11: 20 miles : biking 17/walking 3
    March 12: 20 miles: biking 16/ walking 4
    March 13: 20 miles: biking 17/walking 3
    March 14: 17 miles: 12 biking/5 walking
    March 15: 4 miles walking
    March 16: 9 miles: 3 biking on a pillow/6 walking (too painful)
    TTD: 252 miles

We had 84 straight days of precipitation and finally had three days without any. A miracle. Her is what our seasons are turning into her in PA.

And now passing the goal line -- @clepant and @anaconda469 ! Congrats.

@clepant - ouch! You are indeed being sorely tested.

I went for a nice run this morning, then rode my bike to church. Puts me at 44/75 and back in the green!

adding 2.3 miles - hit the treadmill. I have a physical tomorrow morning - trying to decide if I refuse to be weighed since it'll be shortly after my Boot Camp class and 32 oz of water. I always weigh before I go to the gym anyway. I like when my patients decline the scale - it's a a rare few.

@clepant - ouch. Reminds me of that scene in A League of Their Own where one of the minor characters had a bruise on her hip/thigh that was huge and very colorful. It actually did happen to the actress and they filmed her with an ice pack on it.
