    I'm back aboard after a few weeks of complete turmoil in my life. Things are only going to get tougher, but I'm rededicating my efforts to lose more weight.

    Really pleased with this week 3lbs, which I know is higher than the1lb that I have set , I am expecting a slowdown at some point but also trying to do a lot more exercise but feel really positive so far. I have also discovered the power plate at the gym and figure some advanced wobbling may be the answer - perhaps the fat will shake itself off (or end up around my ankles)

    Just returned from a 13 day vacation so not surprised at all. I indulged in many, many things - did get quite a bit of walking in as well but, not enough to balance all of the food and drinks.

    Well, this week I feel like I had no control over my eating. I tried early in the day, but by the afternoon I was at the vending machine getting a candy bar. So, to gain 0.2lbs instead of 2lbs is okee dokee with me. Hoping to have an easier time this week.
