I actually missed the weigh in on the 17th. I weighed yesterday(the 21st) and was down by 3 pounds But by the calculations at my work's 'fitness challenge' I actually gained 2 pounds. Not quite sure which to believe. It's really distracting. I know the weigh in at work will be more due to the clothes i wear. But I will figure this out. Have a great day everyone!2 -

Down 3 more pounds. So many NSV's too - joints feel better, clothes are starting to feel a bit looser, appetite and cravings feel completly under control at this time, and I feel like I have some great new tools in the tool box!!

I am back in serious Keto mode and have been IF for a few days. Today I am doing OMAD (One Meal A Day). It's been easy so far, so when I feel like I can, I do. Other days I try to IF or OMAD it seems impossible. I don't push myself when it seems too hard - I listen to my body and do regular Keto. I haven't been weighing in this month but here's some perspective.
March 2018 - 184lbs

Feeling a bit discouraged by the weight gain but I know it happens sometimes and can be due to many factors. I know I had a few days of carb creep and for some reason I was really struggling with feeling hungry this week. I’ve been trying to “move” more throughout my work days and a couple of my coworkers have been dragging my but out for a short walk over our lunch hour which helps.

Hello everyone! I just found this community part on MFP and have been on KETO since begining of march for the firts time ever. Started It with the idea of doing 30 days to get rid of sugar addiction, but already lost 12 Pounds( aprox 6 kg) and started to see cool benefits of KETO so planning on doing It longer now.

Right: this as you may have noticed by my lack of posting, has not been a good month, I daren't weigh myself but I feel fat as a pig and not happy about it but just failing totally to do anything about it. However I have indeed posted the April Challenge so maybe I will get it together in April I sure hope so otherwise I am going to hate myself on holiday in May, stupid I know but that's just how it is currently. Hang on in there folks and hopefully I too will kick myself into Keto ahhhhh!3

New here - followed Atkins years ago with great success. I have an autoimmune disorder and many foods cause me big problems. The last few years I took the easy route to deal with my food issues and have gained 20 pounds. We eat out a LOT so this is my second challenge. But I have to try something. Hoping this will get me on the right track. Oh, and I have a couple birthday parties in March!

Last week - I had a health issue week two and couldn't do strict keto. But i have stuck to very low carb and eliminated sugar (one cheat at a party) and did pretty good. Not as fast as when I'm strictly keto, but good steady progress. Walking more. I'm very pleased and staying focused. Staying on plan!3 -
Well I've done it, I've gotten myself on the scales and I'm up, up and up!
I think I started the month at 161.6

so not great, however it probably was worse a couple of days ago as I made a start Friday and I've actually managed 2 whole days which is an all time record currently. Now I just need to keep going and keep my head in the right place to Keto-on and stop mentally looking back and kicking myself for regaining weight I'd lost.5 -

Can't seem to lose the weight. I'm trying out IF 16:8... it just seems natural to me. However i'm still having trouble with sugar addiction. Yesterday was day one of no candy. Peanut butter M&M's is my down fall. I get them every time I go to the store. The sharing size and I eat it in one setting. That's over 1000 calories. So let see if I can go two days without M&M's.

Wow, this month kind of flew by!! Overall just down two pounds this month but I am feeling so much better. Just more energy. I do have a question for anyone that has asthma or other breathing issues. Have you found Keto really helps? I find that I don’t get “wheezy” and rely on my puffer nearly as often? And when I fall off the wagon a bit that’s the first negative change I notice!
