Calories: over-didn't eat yesterday and then I was really hungry before my test this morning, so I went crazy on the snacks in the office. BUT....I passed my test which means that I am lead operator now and that comes with a 2% raise.

Exercise - 20min walk and Tennis. When I say tennis, I mean challenging my hubby to a game of totem tennis...since we got it for the kids we've broken two balls and I broke the bat last night...so I guess my heart rate was up smashing the ball around a pole :-) Additionally my Fitbit Charge HR broke yesterday...I was devo!! So I decided to treat myself to an early birthday present and updated to a Charge 3 = winning!!!3 -

Was so excited to get my new Charge 3 yesterday but after nearly 1.5 days of trying to get the thing working...it just won't update the tracker firmware so it's completely useless...back to the shop I go!!3 -

Comments: I was really pleased about reaching my exercise goal today, but was a bit dismayed at how much it wore me out! On the bright side, I got my writing done (my other goal I'm working toward is writing every day) and I was able to eat some tasty food
