    @VeggieGirl, DH is doing fine. He's also following the restriction on lifting nothing heavier than 10 lbs. I was lucky that I was the only person in the waiting room so I had the whole room to walk in. :)

    3/2... 2 miles of the 5 Day Slim Down
    3/3... 2 miles Mile 1 and 4 of 5 Boosted Miles, also a weighted workout
    3/4... 3 Miracle Miles
    3/5... 2 miles of The 5 Day Slim Down and a Yoga workout
    3/6... 3 miles Burn to the Beat
    3/7... 2 miles of Jessica Smith 5 Mix and Match Miles and and upper body workout with Cathe Freidrich and an
    ab workout with Leslie.
    3/8... 4 miles The 4 Mile Super Challenge
    3/9... 4 miles, The 4 Miracle Miles DVD
    3/10... Rest day
    3/11... 1 mile of The 5 Day Slim down and a 45 minute strength (super sets with intervals) workout with Jessica Smith. Was sweating buckets when that was over.
    3/12... 5 Miles of 5 Boosted Miles
    3/13... 1 mile of 3 Fast Fun Miles and Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga - I really like Bob Harper as a coach, though that's mostly after the workout. ;)
    3/14... 3 miles of 5 Mix and Match Miles
    3/15... rest day
    3/16... 3 miles walked while using the weed-eater
    3/17... 5 miles today, 3 of The 5 Day Slim Down and 2 miles of yard work
    3/18... 4 miles of 5 Boosted Miles
    3/19... 1 mile of 3 Fast Fun Miles and a 47 minute weighted workout
    3/20... 4 miles - The 4 Mile Super Challenge 15 miles to go
    3/21... 1 mile of 5 Mix and Max Miles by Jessica Smith and 45 minutes of Yoga for Weight Loss

    3/23 and 3/24 DH had an appendectomy on Saturday. They did it laparascopically as it had not burst, thank goodness. I did a lot of pacing in the the waiting room, though. :wink:

    I decided to do a 30 minute walk outside. I set my watch for 15 minutes in the neighbor hood and plotted a course. I had some up beat music on so that kept me moving. The air was cold but the sun was out.

    A good playlist is a must for me when I'm walking outside. Good job!

    @AnnofB, laparoscopic surgery amazes me! I'm glad that was an option! My son had the laparoscopic appendectomy also! You probably paced a number of miles into the waiting room flooring :# . The 4 Mile Super Challenge was a good choice for Monday! and the Miracle Miles on Tuesday are aptly named for the medical miracles that happen during surgery.

    @knjstolt, you had a very busy Monday! Well done!

    @VeggieGirlforLife, Your mileage is awesome and so consistent! Awesome!

    @damselfly7981, those early spring time cold but sunny walks are so nice! I'm very glad that you are able to take the walks!

    @PinkyPan1, yay for you meeting your goal!!! You rocked it with all the golf and gazelle mileage!

    @Deeder522, I totally missed the other day that your goal was met and your Apple Watch is happy :smiley: !, when I was excited about your mileage while previewing the trail you will be leading the walkers on. Excellent!!

    March 2nd: 95 minutes:2 miles of Walk & Firm, 1Walk Blaster, We Love Dance (YouTube), gazelle, outside walking.

    March 3: Rest Day
    March 4: 3 miles: 5K with a Twist, Gazelle, 1 Walk Blaster: Flexibility Walk
    March 5: 3 miles: 5K with a Twist
    March 6: 4 miles: 1 mile Walk 15 w Leslie, Nick's mile, 2 miles Walking Down Your Blood Sugar, Nadyia's Tummy Trimmer workout, Flexibility Walk Blaster
    March 7: 4 miles: 1 mile Walk 15 w Leslie,1 mile Walk Party, 2 miles Walking Down Your Blood Sugar, Nadyia's Tummy Trimmer workout, 2 Walk Blasters
    March 8: 2 hours yard/ garden
    March 9: 2.5 hours yard/ garden (it was in the high 20s earlier this week and today it was 87 degrees )

    March 10: Rest Day
    March 11: 1 mile Happy Walk, 20 minutes beginning step Jenny Ford, LS Firm 30, Gazelle 15 minutes, Flexibility Walk Blaster, Garden 45 minutes.
    March 12: 2 hours yard & garden
    March 13: 45 minutes Gazelle, 1 hour yard & garden
    March 14: 3 hours yard & garden
    March 15: 75 minutes extra cleaning and also errand walking
    March 16: 60 minutes cleaning and decluttering

    March 17: Rest Day
    March 18: 1 hour neighborhood walk, 3 hours yard & garden (spring looks like it is coming back again!)
    March 19: 3 hours yard & garden
    March 20: 2.5 hours yard & garden
    March 21: 4 miles: Happy Mile, Nadyia's Walk & Tone mile, 2 miles of 4Mile Power Walk & 15 minutes step, 15 minutes strength. (my YouTube finds for today)
    March 22: >1 hour: Errands, and also grocery shopping. Plus some cleaning and a little decluttering.

    3/18 Workout #61 4 mile fast walk and for 40 mins before this I was gardening getting the the last 2 beds ready for manure and compost.
    Mar. 67.5/120 and 2019= 228/1000
    3/19 Workout #62 4 Miracle Miles and Burn to the Beat 3 Miles. Total of 7 miles. Total miles so far. Mar = 74.5/120 and 2019=235.5/1000
    3/20 Workout #63 Bumped it up to 8 miles. 4 Mile Power walk and 4 Miles of the Walk 15 series March miles = 82.5/120 2019 miles = 423.5/1000
    3/21 Workout # 64 4 fast walk slim miles and 4 power miles w/half mile between sets Miles for March = 91/120 and for 2019 252/1000
    All this walking plus an hr in the garden!
    3/22 #65 Walked the 4 and 5 mile Walk 15 Express with Leslie Sansone. Also canning spaghetti sauce and doing laundry
    March miles = 100/120 and for 2019 = 261/1000
    3/23 Rest. company for the day so did some walking and have #67 2.07 miles on my tracker. but won't count that towards my total for the month. :smiley: Have a great walking weekend my friends

    3/25 Workout #68 5 mile Walk 15 Express plus moving boxes unpacking, pricing and repacking for a garage sales in 2 weeks

    Workout #69 5 Boosted Miles ... Now on to running around town and grocery shopping.
