March 4: 3 miles: 5K with a Twist, Gazelle, 1 Walk Blaster: Flexibility Walk
March 5: 3 miles: 5K with a Twist
March 6: 4 miles: 1 mile Walk 15 w Leslie, Nick's mile, 2 miles Walking Down Your Blood Sugar, Nadyia's Tummy Trimmer workout, Flexibility Walk Blaster
March 7: 4 miles: 1 mile Walk 15 w Leslie,1 mile Walk Party, 2 miles Walking Down Your Blood Sugar, Nadyia's Tummy Trimmer workout, 2 Walk Blasters

Yesterday was a first for me-a friend did the 4 Mile Super Challenge with me. It was fun. She had never heard of Leslie before and was impressed and she really enjoyed the workout. We are going to get together a couple of times a week and walk, either doing a DVD walk or outside. I'm looking forward to having a walking buddy.4

@texasgardnr I wasn't sure I would make 8 miles but it sure felt good when I was done. Love you 25 hrs in the garden yesterday then a big 4 mile walk today

@VeggieGirlforLife I subscribe to the Your Daily Walk so I have them on her station. It is $50 a yr and you have access to most of her workouts. Next Year I will just do the station for $100 where I have access to all of her videos and the Your Daily Walk calendar too.

Hello ladies, I have done nothing this week. I found myself becoming violently ill Tuesday night and I am just starting to hold food down today. As far as I am concerned this week never existed. It has been cleared from my mind. It is what it is.5

@damselfly7981, Hopefully, you're on the mend now. I was down and out Wednesday through half of Saturday.
Today was warm enough for me to walk outside. 3 Miles outside!!! It also gave me a chance to preview my walking trail I'll be leading with coming Summer.
Also, GOAL MET!!!! Happy Apple Watch. From here on out its all bonus miles.4 -
