@damselfly7981, yep, the time change has been particularly difficult for me this year. and like @AnnofB says, I'm definitely NOT saying "Yippee! It's the time change again!" When I lived in Arizona back in the day I loved that they did not do the DST thing at all.
@damselfly7981, you are doing great getting strength workouts done plus shoveling snow! Well done.
@AnnofB, you sure are focusing on miles again, but still rocking the strength workouts. You go girl!
@VeggieGirlforLife, great mileage, however/whenever you do them! The 3 Miles Start Heart Walk on YouTube is awesome as a 3 mile workout! I had found that one on EBay.

3/7... 2 miles of Jessica Smith 5 Mix and Match Miles and and upper body workout with Cathe Freidrich and an
ab workout with Leslie.
3/8... 4 miles The 4 Mile Super Challenge
3/9... 4 miles, The 4 Miracle Miles DVD
3/10... Rest day
3/11... 1 mile of The 5 Day Slim down and a 45 minute strength (super sets with intervals) workout with Jessica Smith. Was sweating buckets when that was over.
3/12... 5 Miles of 5 Boosted Miles
3/13... 1 mile of 3 Fast Fun Miles and Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga - I really like Bob Harper as a coach, though that's mostly after the workout.

3/2 2.21 mile walk from Restaurant after lunch back to the hotel.

3/5 Workout #50 2 Miracle Miles & Walk 15 3 miles & 1/2 mile cool down outside in the shorts and tank at 38 degrees Feb miles 17.71 out of 120 for 2019 180.71 miles

3/7 WORKOUT # 52 Burn 30 2 miles with 2lb weights. Walk to the HIIT's 3 Miles. 1 hr grocery shopping and 1 hr doing the floors vacuuming and steaming. TOTAL STEPS SO FAR TODAY 11,692 Mar. miles 27.71/120 2019 miles 190.71/ 1000.

3/13 #57 Burn Body Fat 3 Miles. Took it easy today on the walking. Unloaded 8 40 lb bags of manure... When the rain stop will start prepping the garden boxes for veges. March miles 53/120 2019 miles 216/1000
3/14 burned 1,738 calories doing 165 minutes of cardio exercises, including "Gardening"
Getting the beds ready to plant Veggies and mowing 2:45 mins my back has had it. 1 mile in the mowing area...

3/16 walked 2.5 miles in 4:40 just doing remodeling stuff with hubby, garage sales and walk around nurseries. Just a leisure day but burned 1283 calories doing it all...... and in between all of that laundry too.Workout #61 4 mile fast walk and for 40 mins before this I was gardening getting the the last 2 beds ready for manure and compost.

That's right @deeder522! Any steps at all are a positive thing!
Those of you working outside are making me anxious to dig in the dirt! I haven't had a chance yet, but I think I'll start planning my veggie garden!2 -
