    Wow Already March. My goal for this month is to do 120 miles. Let's get this party started.

    3/1 Workout # 47 for the yr. Bonus Burn 1 Mile Walk Party. & 4 miles of Walk 15 March = 5 miles and 2019 - 168 miles
    3/2 2.21 mile walk from Restaurant after lunch back to the hotel.
    3/3 Rest and drive home from Houston
    3/4 #49 Walk 15 2 mile and 3 mile = 5 miles Mar. miles = 12.21 and 2019 = 175.21 miles
    3/5 Workout #50 2 Miracle Miles & Walk 15 3 miles & 1/2 mile cool down outside in the shorts and tank at 38 degrees Feb miles 17.71 out of 120 for 2019 180.71 miles
    3/6 #51 5 Burn Body Fat Miles with weights Feb Miles 22.71/120 2019 miles 185.71/1000

    One of my favorites for managing my pain. We don't always have to go hard core. A body in motion is all that is required some days. Good for you.

    @zichab, Oh the warmth of NY's 10 more degrees. Enjoy your spring break and think of us back in this frozen tundra of the mitten state. I'm currently showing a wind chill of -5.

    March Goal: strength training 3X a week and 30 minutes walking 5 days a week.



    March Week 1: 3 days cardio for 3o minutes and 3 days toning
    3/6: 30 min Burn Walk (w weights) and 1 mile walk to the hits.
    3/5: 2 Miracle Miles + 15 minutes shoveling snow; 30 min Essentrics Body Shape workout by Miranda Esmonde-White
    3/4 1 mile walk it off; 1 mile walk to the hiits (33 min walking), Tone Every Zone Upper Body

    3/3: 30 min Ultimate Walk 2 miles and 30 min Essentrics Body Shape workout by Miranda Esmonde-White
    3/2 rest

    Essentrics: I had a friend tell me about Miranda Esmonde White. I thought really this seems like simple moves. My core feels it TODAY. Gentle killer is how I view it.

    2 more miles today.

    Today was the first day to signup for my county Step It Up program. I'm signed up, this is the program that will help launch the weekly walk I'll be leading starting in June.
    Also, we're supposed to get a mini-thaw this weekend. Temps to get into the 40's!!!!! Next week the weather people are teasing us by talking about 50 and maybe even a 60 degree day!!!

    March 2nd: 95 minutes:2 miles of Walk & Firm, 1Walk Blaster, We Love Dance (YouTube), gazelle, outside walking.

    March 3: Rest Day
    March 4: 3 miles: 5K with a Twist, Gazelle, 1 Walk Blaster: Flexibility Walk
    March 5: 3 miles: 5K with a Twist

    This month will mark one year for me with this group! Last March I walked only 80 miles.

    I'm in for 135 miles this month plus continuing efforts for increased strength training......

    @VeggieGirlforLife, congratulations for walking one year with us!! I am especially grateful that you seem to have recovered from your previous injuries and are doing so well! Your goal is awesome!

    @Deeder522 I think it's so great that you're going to be leading a walk! If I lived near you, I'd show up for it. We don't have anything around here, I'm on my own with walking. In fact, I'm pretty sure that I'm the only person at my work who even exercises! Kinda sad.
