    Exercise: Yes - walked 3 miles, hiked 1.5 miles, ran 4 miles, plus strength training. We had a big family day at the park.

    Exercise? Yes, an hour of DDR with punching and 10 minutes running up and down my stairs.
    Within calorie goal? Yes, 2 calories to spare. I cut it close! 🤣

    I’ve got over 20k steps for the day so far. I’ll be sitting down for the rest of the evening though so not likely to add many more on. I’ve met or exceeded my 15k step goal most days last month and this month so far. 😁

    No hour long walk with my dog tonight 😕 it’s starting to cool way down this evening and we might have a chance of rain 🤞 CA needs all the rain we can get 😊

    The weekend is here and after yesterdays mammoth workout sessions I am in need of a bit of a rest !
    27,000 steps completed, an hour on the cross trainer and the beginnings of weight work have taken their toll.
    I ache !
    Not resting too much though, today is swim day and let the aching muscles have a supported rest while they exercise.
