    2nd: 7.5 miles, 3.3 m running, 4.2 m purposeful walking - MTD 8.5
    3rd: 6.5 miles, 4 m running I terclub race, 2.5 m purposeful walking - MTD 15
    4th: 14 miles, 10 m stationary bike, 4 m purposeful walking - MTD 29

    I was meant to go for a beach run tonight. I chickened out and spent time on the exercise bike instead. It’s not beach weather ... really, it isn’t :p
    I raced last night ... 445th out of 457. I was running well and one of my team had an asthma attack. I stayed with her until it was clear she couldn’t continue. As we were coming to the end of the first lap she encouraged me to run on ... which I did once I knew we were close to the finish funnel and I knew she’d be fine
