So I gained but honestly I didn't gain nearly as much as I thought I would. I went for the past 2 days riding a long car ride,so I wasn't active as usual. But this week I'm getting back to it!0 -

@BB_1033, can you pinpoint why this is happening? Are you eating food with lots of salt? Are you getting your water in? You're still a winner! Hang in there, friend!
@michellelagle, it's definitely hard to be active with a long ride like that.

I am blown away as this is the 6th week in a row that I have lost!!!!!
My history over the years has always been weeks with losses intermixed with weeks with gains.
I know the streak will come to an end but I am so happy with what I accomplished over the last month and a half that when I do have a gain for a weekly weigh in I will be okay with it as long as it's not from binge eating junkfood!
Down 5.5 pounds in 6 weeks.
Down 31.4 pounds from my highest weight.7
