    Really was Saturday.

    Tomorrow is a race day. Early start and lots of work as I am race director, club president and secretary for the race club. Hopefully I come home with working race drones.

    Yes x 3. A 90 min yoga class. The regular teacher was away for an Easter break so we had a replacement who worked us hard - got a feeling ill have some aching muscles tomorrow. Went for a walk in the woods too. The bluebells are nearly out in full force - one of my favourite times.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Recumbent bike, 30 minutes, 9.25 miles; two hours walking around the Frist Museum with son and hubby. Fun day!

    Skipped kick boxing this morning so I could throw together my impromptu yard sale. The regular instructor was off and the fill in always cuts class short and barely works us so I knew I wasn’t missing much! And I totally made $238 on my junk.
    Spent the afternoon running around playing soccer with my nephews and had a big family dinner, it was a wonderful day.

    SOOOO much easier to eat less when there are fewer hours in the day .... because it truly WAS Saturday, so I slept in ............ for hours .......

    And the "strive to be average" approach is still working for the dancing. Now if I can just transfer a similar attitude to the French Homework practice .....

    12 mile run this morning...currently at 36K steps for the day.

    Logged everything and couldn't eat all my calories...closed out with 500 left to go, but I just don't need it all.

    Much better day today than yesterday! :)

    I decided today to transition to maintenance. I’ve been on the fence about it for awhile. I’ve been fluctuating right around my goal weight for a month. Part of me wanted to see if I could get a bit lower but part of me knows I never maintain that low anyways. So it’s time to up the calories and get serious about a progressive lifting plan. I’ve been looking forward to this.
