    Pass day # 2 - wasn't pretty ... was SIGNIFICANTLY over, even after allowing for more than 200 exercise calories ... there was this dish of mixed foil-wrapper eggs and candy-coated mini-eggs .... on the way to and from the caff where I had to buy not-so-great lunch because I didn't bring my usual with me ..... don't usually need to even walk along that hall between arriving and leaving ....

    On the up side, I DID do the HIIT on the bike, the 40 minute Core Cardio Learn and 12 minutes on the mini-trampoline .... also didn't need bail money OR have to hide any bodies .... .... only foil wrappers ....
