    I managed to get through pizza, a trip the the bar, and going to my mom's house, all without a binge this weekend. It was a struggle, and I came very close to just giving up last night. However, I went for a walk after a small snack, and managed to realize that I wasn't at all hungry at that point.

    There is a potluck at work today. I might just drop my stuff off and go for a walk. Free food is such a trigger for me, and I love having a little bit of everything.

    I didn't binge at the pot luck. It was close, but I left the food and went for a quick walk. By the time I got back, I had work stuff to deal with.
