            I am about to get on the scale for the first time in a few weeks... and I think it might be scary but I really need an eye wakening moment. I have been decently active but my food intake has majorly sucked. I really need to understand why and journal about it.2

 THE TIME HAS COME I WILL SAY MY LAST GOOD BYES TO MOM TOMORROW..... I DON'T KNOW IF SHE WILL REGAIN CONSCIOUSNESS.... THE CANCER HAS REACHED HER BONES AND HER BRAIN AND SHE IS IN EXTREME PAIN AND THEY HAVE UPPED HER MEDS TO MAKE IT MORE COMFORTABLE FOR HER. SIS IS DUE IN FRIDAY AND HOPEFULLY MOM WILL STILL BE HERE FOR SHAUNA TO SAY GOOD BYE.
 I WILL BE HERE AS MUCH AS I CAN BE DURING THIS TRYING TIME. ALL OF YOU HAVE KEPT ME CENTERED AND IT GIVES ME SOMETHING TO DO BESIDE DOING A BEDSIDE DEATH WATCH. I HAVE DONE WAY TO MANY OF THOSE IN MY PAST.

 Well this week did not go as I hoped; huge migraine from Saturday through yesterday; now bad head cold which the only public place that I have been to is the gym so probably caught somethingfrom there; with the migraine, I was eating crackers alot to curb the nausea....thus, probably the weight gain in addition to not drinking enough water....hopefully, this week will be better....
