I've been struggling a bit to stay motivated and focused. I'm keeping to the diet about 95%, but not eating as many vegetables as I should, have wobbled on the exercise - mostly stress from stuff going on in my home life is a bit like having the carpet pulled out and I find myself going around in circles.1 -
Four Circles:
One Year Goal: Lose 85 lbs
One Month Goal: Lose 10 lbs
One Week Goal: Lose 2.5 lbs
Today: I will go for a walk, do a short strength workout, eat plenty of vegetables, stick to diet.1 -

I’m sorry I’m not very active in the group. I do read what you post and you all inspire me. I just have so much going on with work, getting certified as a health coach and planning for my son’s high school graduation, I feel like I’m meeting myself coming and going! Lol! I work out with my trainer 3x/week and TRY to get 10k/day (Which doesn’t always happen.) I prepped meals last night for the next 8 days. That felt like a real win! I hope you all have a Marvelous Monday!
