    Hello Fat2Fit Challengers!

    Just a quick announcement to let everyone know that Mari ( @mari_moulin ) has stepped down and away from the group again for a bit of quality life time with her family and such... Knowing Mari - I am sure she is in and out of the group all the time and I am positive she will be around to help us anytime we need it...

    In the meantime, I have asked @jugar if she would be interested in becoming a moderator and helping us to run the group. Liselyn had mentioned to Becky that she was interested in doing more with the group and I know she has been doing great as a team captain... Liselyn has accepted and is now the groups newest Group Moderator. Please take a minute to say hi and congratulate her on her well deserved promotion... Please remember, these are not paid positions, everything she does - she is doing for all of us! Thank you Liselyn - for stepping up and working to help everyone in the Fat2Fit Weight Loss Challenge!

    That’s my workout for the 8th you have there. Mine for the 9th is 7058 steps and 30 minute walk

    Sunday:
    Gym: Bike for 24 min
    Weights for legs 15 min
    Steps: 4,526

    Sunday - active rest day
    Exercise: 60min indoor cycle, 30 min of misc strength training
    Steps: 5001(did some loser laps up and down my hallway to reach my 5k daily step goal 😂)

    Monday - upper body excluding chest
    Exercise - 168min upper body strength/hypertrophy and cardio training session
    Steps: 7001

    Tuesday - glutes and abs
    Exercise - 15 min run and 132min Glutes and ab strength/hypertrophy/toning training session
    Steps - 9198

    Wednesday - chest and cardio
    Exercise - 15 min run and 82 min chest and cardio strength training session
    Steps - 10015

    Not entirely sure how this works, so if I’m doing it wrong, don’t hesitate to tell me ☺️

    Monday: 1 hour walk. 13,106 steps

    I can’t remember if any of you are in the UK bar Rainy? If you are I REALLY recommend the Pinch of Nom cookbook. I’ve been using their recipes for awhile and not made a bad one yet. They’re all low calorie and full of veggies. They’re all I’ve been posting on my Instagram recently :D

    There’s loads of recipes on their website too for those outside UK :)

    4/7- planned rest day, 1693 steps (bunt)
    4/8/ 45 min exercise, 6941steps (double)
    4/9- 4675 steps, 33 min exercise (single)
    4/10- missed the gym, 7521 steps (single I think )

    Realizing how pitiful my steps have been smh

    7292 steps, 60 minutes weights

    Should have walked the extra few hundred steps to get to 7500! I am going to take a rest day today. It makes me nervous to do it but my body is saying take a break.

    I didn't run mine one bit today. I just walked it. Walking works too!
