Finally made it back to Antigua to visit my family. It was great seeing my mom and dad for the first time in just over a year. Definitely going to savir the time I spend here. And hit up the beach. Often!

<sigh>ππ Downsieeeee and Upsieeeees ππ€ͺ I lose 2 last week and now I'm up 1.5π€·π»ββοΈ ---my body seems to want to stay at this 158--- I really want to lost 10 more lbs and get to my 148 goal.... right now my BMI is at 24 (I am 5'8"). Am I trying for the impossible here???
I am really feeling conflicted. ππ»ββοΈ One of my MFP friends who lost twice the weight I have lost just had skin removal surgery and they took 6.6lbs off of her in skin--- leaves me wondering....how much of this weight is my skin weighing me down??? (I do have lots of thigh and belly skin left with me.)
Hoping I can at least lose the 5lbs I have gained since February in May.

OMG, Steve. I laughed out loud. I need to know what you used as a bribe and offer it to my IT people at work. Thanks for posting weights. I'm experiencing technical difficulties with my home internet at the moment. I can check in on my phone, but not open the spreadsheets from it. π.
My husband is going to work on our home network this weekend and it should get better.

I have not been doing my part in the nutrition department.
I quit smoking in November and now it's catching up with me. I want to eat all the time to replace the habit of smoking. I held it together pretty good up until now. It's getting out of control. Every day is a new day and a new beginning to a better me. I say that, now I just have to really believe it.3 -
