May 1st: planned pass day number one.
We had a small celebration at work so I chose to give myself a little freedom.
I know Ill make it to the winners circle this month. Last month I lost 5lbs and finally reached under 150lbs and feeling great.12 -

My first check-in! I didn't know how it would go as we had to go out to eat for a work meeting. The herb chicken was surprisingly good, I'm glad I checked online for the nutrution before we went!

For some reason, MFP is not working when I tried to log in my food intake. It works fine her in the community.

Exercise: 33 minutes active stretching and Pilates. I've got an official diagnosis of lumbar stenosis. Got to keep the core strong to support the spine

I've started getting up earlier so that I can fit in a Cycle ride before my day starts, this is a perfect time of year for this as we are experiencing gorgeous spring morning.
45 min Cycle on Cinder track (Saw 3 deer) and 30 minute lunchtime walk
Calories?: Yes.
It's very helpful to get a chunk of calories from exercise, so I don't need to feel deprived of food. I'm two weeks into this cycle of weight loss and I find this the easiest time as my body has adjusted to the initial calories deficit but is not yet rebelling against a sustained deficit.
It feels good to be back in the group
My Goals for the month
1) Be mindful of my thoughts and deeds
2) Calories below maintenance every day (Even if it's only by 1 Cal), don't break the chain
3) Get up early and cycle, 6 days out of 7 at least.
@fatbambi2017 I had to google Quigong. Does it have standard forms like Tai Chi?10 -
