    Summer's coming and I need to get my act together. It's always hard after a vacation to switch gears. Not tracking or getting my water in. It's not gonna be good on Friday (weigh in day) if I don't make some changers.

    I got back from a holiday only yesterday night, so couldn't weigh in in time, but if it's okay I'd like to log today's instead:

    Last week: 65.8 kg (145.1 lb)
    Today's weight: 66.1 kg (145.7 lb)

    Foodwise, I both love and hate visiting family - lots of amazing food, but hard to sneak in workouts and to eat meals at designated times (even harder to say no!). Glad I didn't gain more.
