Looking at the steps chart from April it seems @kmfeig87 walked about 189 miles in April (425k steps). I'm considering an Amber Alert to find her.

    Weekend post #4:

    Hi All:

I'm Jessica, one of the Captains for the Trimstones Team. I started in this group about 18 months ago...lost 82 pounds, with about six months off due to emergency surgery/recovery. Got a little lazy over the past two months and let 8 pounds creep back on me. I just can't seem to stay motivated. My problem is stress eating...and making food my entertainment...every meal an event...love to eat out. It's my Krypton. So I'm getting my head back on straight and trying to get back to being "religious" about the lifestyle. Haven't slowed down on my activity or water consumption...that's going well. Just got finished with a week's vacation and get back to work last week, so it was a little crazy. Ate out a few times, but didn't completely lose control, except for one meal. IT'S SO HARD!!!! UGH! Skinny people drive me insane! LOL OK, I'll stop whining now. Hope everyone is having a super Saturday! JK

    TEAM TRIMSTONES
I HAVE TURNED THE OWNERSHIP OF THE SPREADSHEETS BACK OVER TO STEVE...... AND LISELYN ( @jugar ) WILL BE DOING THE TALLIES AT THE END OF THE WEEK/MONTH WITH MY HELP IF NEEDED.... THIS IS A GOOD THING FOR THE GROUP AND FOR ME....I NEEDED TO STEP BACK TAKE A DEEP BREATH, RE-GROUP-RE-BOOT- AND MOVE FORWARD AFTER A VERY CHALLENGING APRIL FOR MYSELF AND MY FAMILY.

I HAVE DECIDED TO USE MY SKILLS AND GO IN A DIFFERENT DIRECTION AS ONE THE RECRUITERS FOR THE GROUP....AND CONCENTRATE ON MEMBERSHIP AND MOTIVATION FOR THE WARRIORS AND THE GROUP.
I DID THIS TYPE OF WORK FOR THE BOYS&GIRLS CLUB OF SOUTH PUGET SOUND FOR 20 YRS ALONG WITH MY JOB OF BEING THE EXEC. CHEF INSTRUCTOR FOR THE TEEN CHEFS AND THE FITNESS AND NUTRITION SPECIALIST.....

I WILL BE OCCASIONALLY POPPING INTO YOUR TEAM THREADS AND CHEERING YOUR TEAM AND PASSING OUT KUDOS TO ALL.
THANKS TO YOU ALL FOR BEING THE CHALLENGERS THAT YOU ARE AND HELPING YOUR TEAM MOVE FORWARD TO MORE HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

Just finished getting a post implant for my missing tooth extracted in November. The extraction was traumatic and I gave the oral surgeon endless crap for it. Prior to this morning's procedure I was telling him he needs to see Marathon Man to understand the role of the Nazi dentist (Sir Laurence Oliver), he has not ever seen this old movie. The implant was actually almost pain free--just the shots hurt a little, felt nothing afterward. He asked if I no longer thought of him as a Nazi torture dentist and I told him yes, he had redeemed himself. I do hate to call people Nazis on Yelp if I can help it >:)

Oral surgery is another technique for staying in your calorie budget for a day or two, hopefully I can get back on track now.

I decided to start strong lifts 5x5 again to work on my gains, but switching it aroung some since i split my workout days by upped body, and legs+back days, So I decided that if I dont have much time, I have to at least to the strong lifts parts of the workout and skip the rest, so basically I do upper of Bench press, Overhead press, and barbell rows for the stronglifts program, then I add moves rotating through shoulders, biceps, triceps, and chest, then Leg day I do Squats and deadlifts for stronglifts, then add legs and back workouts to that, but if im short on time, I only do the stronglift moves. so far it seems to be working well. I did just the squats and deadlifts yesterday, and surprisingly Im quite sore, lol.

I second that. Had wisdom teeth pulled yesterday, soft foods for a few days.

I'm not sure what day to start Steps.
    5/5 = 8,618
    5/6 = 7,862

I'm eating a lot again this week. I hope I can stop this trend.

    CAPTAINS AND TEAM MEMBERS!

There has been a bad link posted where you can go to look at the MAY Spreadsheets. I just corrected it (I hope!) so all the information should now be visible.

For more details, captains please check the Captain's Lounge thread for my last message. The link is there, and if there are ANY problems, please leave a message there ASAP.

I'm sorry for the problem - I'm not sure where the bad link came from or how it got there, but it should be ok now!
