Tracked, under n exercised. Y’all: as a lover of nachos, I was a tad skeptical about recipes that created them on bell peppers in lieu of chips . But wow, tried it today and thumbs up. 👍🏿 😋

I have a taco pepper boat recipe that I looove. Glad you found one too!

I had sweet potato fajitas tonight that were amazing :yum:

    Logged Food: yes
Under Calories: no – over by 328 calories
Exercise: yes – did some walking this morning for 26 minutes and bowling for 1 hour and 50 minutes

Happy Mother's Day, I went over calories with the healthy meal but had desert. I don't regret it and do not feel bloated or stuffed. I was not as active today but did good.

@jlbtnc, I am glad you had dessert and enjoyed your weekend, (without going crazy)! You have been doing so well....you deserved it!!

@HASWLRS I'm not going to weigh in for the rest of this month as I put on so much weight on holiday. I walked so much on holiday that I overestimated how many exercise calories I could eat. I always put weight on when I go on holidays and I usually lose it after a week, but I'm sure that won't happen this time.

I am so annoyed with myself. I really wish that I had been able to weigh myself on holiday - I'm sure that is what has kept me on track up til now

@prehistoricmoongoddess, welcome back! I am glad you enjoyed your holiday, albeit maybe a little too much!! I will transfer your weight over for May, and you can work hard at losing the holiday gain in the meantime!! The weight WILL disappear, but the memories are forever!!

Weigh in: 124.2 today. Sorry guys, I thought I had a better week than that! It’s tough as I get closer to my goal. I’ll practice self-control next week. Happy Game of Thrones day to anyone who watches, and Happy Mother’s Day to any mother’s. Pet mothers count in my book 😊

@susanpiper57, you didn't gain, so that's a positive! I have heard how difficult it is to lose weight being so close to goal, so yes, being extra vigilant is key!!

Decent week. Busy week ahead until Thursday but meal prep done.
Bought new jeans which look so tiny I can’t believe they fit! (Previously size 24+, new jeans are a 12).

@lozenger1984, I'd say it was a decent week....almost two pounds lost!! Congratulations on your new jeans NSV!! Very exciting!!

    Saturday, May 11th Mini Challenge

    Sunday, May 12th Mini Challenge

    Tracking of food: Yes

We had a really nice mother's day dinner with wine. I tried to balance it out with a morning run and healthy choices for lunch and breakfast, but I was still over calories. I'm okay with this, I skipped the butter on my lobster and had a big helping of the salad, which helped! I have no regrets for Sunday :)

The sweet potato fajita is from hello fresh: https://www.hellofresh.com/recipes/2018w50-r8-sweet-potato-fajitas-5bcf4c6b30006c014c486e82/

where it says units, just go with medium sized veggies. it's calorie heavy (720 i think for three) but when i've done a 40 minute walk/run, it works in my favor and is filling without being stuffing.

    https://skinnyms.com/skinny-bell-pepper-nachos-recipe/

seriously yummy. I go full fat cheese, so that ups the calories there, but it's worth it. I also use greek yogurt instead of sour cream where i can. i like that the greek yogurt is more tart than sour cream and less calories (and more protein which i seriously lack)

Going to be a rough week for tracking and meal planning. My parents are in town for my daughter’s graduation so not being at work will potentially get me off track. Going to do my best though.
