Jury duty last week, this week and next, has me off a bit.1 -

Today was our last day at the beach. Leaving tomorrow for Central Florida where we'll visit with family. Doug's dad is 89 and declining with Parkinson's Dementia and his older sister cares for him full-time. I visit for just a little and then go on to Orlando to stay with my niece/sister until Saturday morning, then head to pick him up and head back to Nashville. Thursday I'm driving to the half-way mark to have lunch with my older sister. Can't wait to see everyone and visit, even if it's not enough time!

I lost what I gained last week. I just got a new double stroller so now I can take both my kids out for a walk. I’m hoping to get out most mornings and do a 5km walk! Hoping to make this part of my new routine.3 -

I didn’t check in yesterday. I had a slight fever and was extremely fatigued. I ate horrifically and passed out for a four hour nap in the middle of the day. So thankful my sweet girls let me sleep peacefully because between that nap and last night’s sleep I woke up this morning fully refreshed with no symptoms.
Today’s check in:
Exercise - lifting, cardio video and a 3 mile run
Calories - under. I intend to be about 200 under daily for the rest of the week to make up for yesterday’s excess.
Tracked - Yes, and I also meal prepped and prelogged most of my food for the remaining week.3 -
