I lost what I gained last week. I just got a new double stroller so now I can take both my kids out for a walk. I’m hoping to get out most mornings and do a 5km walk! Hoping to make this part of my new routine.3 -

I didn’t check in yesterday. I had a slight fever and was extremely fatigued. I ate horrifically and passed out for a four hour nap in the middle of the day. So thankful my sweet girls let me sleep peacefully because between that nap and last night’s sleep I woke up this morning fully refreshed with no symptoms.
Today’s check in:
Exercise - lifting, cardio video and a 3 mile run
Calories - under. I intend to be about 200 under daily for the rest of the week to make up for yesterday’s excess.
Tracked - Yes, and I also meal prepped and prelogged most of my food for the remaining week.3 -

I had a very good week, I need to trust the process and even if I have a bad week I shouldn't let that derail me. I thought I was hitting a wall last week but as I see today it was just a bump in the road. What I need to remember is that my body doesnt know how many days there are in a week. So even though I weigh in every 7 days my body doesnt know that. So I need to just remember do the best I can and I will see the results.4
