    Best workout this week: muay Thai class focused on getting my shoulders right meant 2 days of shoulder pain :)
    My eating is drifting and needs reining in.

    Still not found the enthusiasm for running again. Maybe tomorrow... I need to get my eating and activity back on track. I’m eating at maintenance and not getting my 10,000 steps in. Work is really busy right now and I am catching up on stuff there instead of concentrating on myself. I need to think about ME, and put some time aside for ME.
