Feel very welcome to join, we usually post our weigh Sundays and use the 'Keto Monthly Challenge Spreadsheet' also in 'Announcements' to track weight.
We use this thread to encourage each other and to add our weight as well if we want to and generally chat!
It's fun and it's been working and we've lost a shed load of weight between us. It seems to keep us going and even if we go up occasionally (and who doesn't!) we get back to it and continue the journey.

Graduation parties and weddings are some non-keto friendly obstacles in this month for me. If I could just stick to the events, I would be ok, but it seems I like to use these occasions as permission to get off the keto wagon. I tell myself; I’ll get back to keto clean tomorrow then I end up repeating that trick for a week, then two weeks and on and on.
Jan – lost 10
Feb – lost 2.4
Mar -gained 13
Apr – gained 5.2
May – lost 6.8
June - ?
So, June; My motto is,” events only last one day and sometimes only hours”. No more I’ll get keto clean tomorrows for June.

I'm a wine drinker, although I've slowed down recently. I'm planning a dry June. I'm curious to see what this will do to my weight since I've been stuck at 170 for a month.5

My birthday is on the 21st and my husband and I are going away for the weekend 6/14-6/16. I plan on staying on track for both of these events. I have the rest of my life for cheat meals and special occasions, I need to get this weight off.3 -

I have been doing keto and IF for 2 weeks now. But I haven't checked my weight yet. I've tried losing weight so many times but I always fall of the wagon due to all the stress in my life and gain it all back by emotional eating . This time I'm pretty serious though as I'm enrolled in school for September, and I want to boost my self-esteem. Let's see how it goes.

Hello Fellow Keto People. Wishing you all the very best this June. Back at keto again after too long a break. 2-3 months in now and looking to make this June work for me. My husband and 3 girls are in a community production of Beauty and the Beast at the end of the month, so I have been trying to prep healthy foods for us all. Good excuse to spend a little more time in the kitchen.

(I only insert my weight loss into MFP every 5 pounds when I have stayed at or below that level for more than 3-4 days. Just my little attempt to take the power away from the scale. works for me. I will check in at end of month with weight loss.)6 -

Hi everyone,
I'm really new to keto, I've been doing it for a month now but am just starting to really appreciate the dietary changes. I'm excited to be accountable to someone! My June goal is 8lbs as I'm not sure if that will be a realistic one for me or not. That will be the lowest I've been since May 2016. That would be something to celebrate.

Hi!
Thanks for letting me participate in this challenge. I caught on to Keto real fast and lost 20 pounds in the first month, only to realize that I only had 1/2 of the information necessary to succeed. That's why I'm here. To learn the right way and avoid the pitfalls, but mostly to be accountable to and for those of us who could use the support!
Tomorrow I'll be fasting, but that ends on Sunday, when my journey begin with you guys. Because of my job I'm really interested in doing a healthy Keto with simple and easily put together recipes, and I'm not afraid to have a whey collagen shake every now and then to get by. If anyone has any advice on lifestyle, I'll ready to take it all in!
