In spite of being very busy I've managed (just) to keep my running streak going. The goal is to run at least one mile a day from Memorial Day to July 4th. The good news is I've forced myself to do at least a mile a day but the bad news is I've generally done just a mile. Before the streak I rarely ran fewer than 3 miles at a time, so now I'm running shorter distances more often. I'm not sure that was the intended result! I'm at 1/75
@k80flec - interesting diagnosis. I'm sorry you're in pain and hope the new exercise regime helps!

I ran a whole 3 miles this morning. Some friends ran a marathon in Provo, UT yesterday with killer times. I'm feeling envious and motivated to try harder. 4/750 -

2nd: 14.55 miles, 8.55 m stationary bike, 6 m purposeful walking - MTD 20.55
A good day of walking, scones with clotted cream and wine with dinner .... just saying out loud “40 years married” makes me feel old.
