After almost two months of steady loss, I hit a little stall. Not worried though. I’ve been exercising more and my food has been spot on. I’m sure it’ll get moving again soon 😊5 -

Well I'd been good all week and had lost a pound then we had big family party yesterday with people we hadn't seen in a while so back it is, but tomorrow or the next day it will be gone, so I'm just glad it wasn't more and I'd be reporting a gain. I was a bit tempted to wait until tomorrow to weigh in though......!

Last week I had what I thought was a stall, and was a little down about it, but I decided to "keep calm and keto on" and I am so glad I did.
I have never weighed less than 153 lbs since I can remember - seriously, even as a teenager, I think I went on my first diet at age 13 weighing around 160. EEK! Feels amazing to break through that mental and physical barrier. The 140s are right around the corner and that is not something I thought would ever really happen.10 -

These first three weeks of June have been a wash for me. Here I am back to the weight I started on June 2nd. So, I have two weeks left in June to make a dent in my weight goal. I know, if I’m keto clean, I can lose 5 pounds to get into the 170s by June 30th. So, My goal for the rest of June is to be keto clean.
Hope “Father’s Day” celebrations don’t sabotage my efforts. Actually, I’m the one who sabotages my efforts by using events like this to throw me off the rails. Not today! Happy Father’s Day to all you Dads! I wish you health and happiness on this day that honors your fatherhood.

Been going over my fat and calorie goal off and on and reduced my exercise this week in hopes to shock my body to continue to lose. Working OK so far! Still need more water in my diet.4 -

I went away for the weekend and did a carb-up. I'm not letting this upset me especially because I kicked myself out of Keto. Honestly I was expecting it to be a lot higher. I had set a mini-goal of getting under 220lbs by this Friday (my birthday) which probably isn't going to happen, but I'm okay with that. The funny thing is, I feel awful today. I'm bloated, my joints hurt, and I haven't pooped in 2 days. All the more proof that my body just doesn't like carbs. In all reality, the worst thing I had all weekend was 3 beers and a piece of peanut butter pie on Saturday and then I ate my weight in tortilla chips last night at Chilis, but otherwise, my carbs weren't that bad all things considered.
I'm also starting a 10 day carnivore challenge today that I'm really looking forward to.

I just returned Wednesday after going off the rails carb-wise for a few days toward the end of about two weeks of travel/family visits and beach camping. Some of it was a controlled experiment with some small "treats." I think that triggered my being tired, not feeling well, and consequently some "emotional" eating and cravings beyond what I expected. I was very worried that I'd gained several pounds and would struggle to get back to my WOE. Thankfully it's not been too bad so far. I feel so much better physically and emotionally when eating mainly beef, so that's helped. Hopeful that I'll reach my goal of 199 by June 30.5 -
