Thus I hope the wild fluctuations come to an end. Back to slow and steady. About 65 more lbs to lose to get goal. Three big milepost ahead of me are 1) One-derland, 2) Dropping out of obese BMI 3) Dropping out of overweight BMI Slow and steady: reporting here every week, and daily logging (to the best of my ability).2 -

Happy with a loss this week. I am trusting my scale but the scale at the gym is not showing the same results. Very confusing. And argghhhhh those 180's elude me!!! Next week I hope.1 -

Glad I'm moving on the scales again! My exercise has only been cleaning, organizing, purging my house, but looks like I'm burning more than I'm eating! This is a new low weight for me - since high school! I feel like the 130's are in sight now! And only 16.4lbs to my goal!!!! Let's crush this week!1 -
