We meet here to explore, share, celebrate and (sometimes) agonize over how we do (or don't) incorporate weight loss guidelines into our daily lives. "It's a lifestyle, not a diet" is easily and often said, but sometimes not so simply put into practice.

This is a thread for everyone. If you're new to GoaD, or to weight loss, your questions and comments are always welcome. If you're maintaining, or a long-term loser, your thoughts on the topic may be just what someone else needs to hear. If you're reading this, join in the discussion!

Each weekday, a new topic is offered up for discussion. Thread starters for June are below:

    1. Yes as a matter of fact I do. I'm not being consistent so I want to turn that around because I've been doing a nutritionist diet and it works if I stay consistent and do it.

    2. I need to be much more persistent with my attitude, planning, and reach down and get a gut full of will power. It's really not that hard it's just the 6 inches between my ears that's been holding me back.

    3. Set a goal, stick to it and make it work. That's all there is to it..

I intend to be more regular with my weight training. I posted in the weekly goals this morning.

I would like to reframe how I view tracking. For some reason, my inner brain treats tracking as though someone is forcing me to eat a bug. I used to not feel that way about it.
