Thank you to Dave and Janet for the hours of data recording that you do each month.
And thank you to my MYAC friends for your support each day. May and June were such a funk for me. I would say honestly, that I have been experiencing some depression and I have picked myself up and got back on the horse. Between, taking care of my dad, two failing pups and losing Finn in such. An unexpected way, did not do my head good, along with the worst wet weather ever. I spent all day outside in my gardens sucking up vitamin D and and some sunburn. So onward July.
Please put me down for 200 miles. I am trying to get back in the running game. We shall see.

I’m going for 45 running miles this month - I need a swift boot to boost me along
1st: 0 miles - MTD
2nd: 5.65 miles, 20 Barriers Trail Race - MTD 5.65
I’m pleased to report that I brought up the rear - having got full value from my race entry fee. I saw awesome rolling hills, a spectacular bay, and ran along a pretty canal lined with narrow boats. Win-Win.
Here’s to a July that is much better than June

To my American friends, happy 4th of July!
@k80flec - love the photo
@sufferlandrian - good luck with your long shift. I don't know how you do it but I know the animals and (most of) their owners appreciate it. Love the new photo.
