@K80FLEC - Great picture!!!

Thank you to Dave and Janet for the hours of data recording that you do each month.
And thank you to my MYAC friends for your support each day. May and June were such a funk for me. I would say honestly, that I have been experiencing some depression and I have picked myself up and got back on the horse. Between, taking care of my dad, two failing pups and losing Finn in such. An unexpected way, did not do my head good, along with the worst wet weather ever. I spent all day outside in my gardens sucking up vitamin D and and some sunburn. So onward July.
Please put me down for 200 miles. I am trying to get back in the running game. We shall see.
Thats what we are here or to support each other through the good times and bad.

To my American friends, happy 4th of July!
@k80flec - love the photo
@sufferlandrian - good luck with your long shift. I don't know how you do it but I know the animals and (most of) their owners appreciate it. Love the new photo.

I did it! I met the Runner's World streak challenge by managing to run at least one mile every day from Memorial Day to 4th of July. It does prove to me that if I make exercise a priority I can fit it in on even the busiest day. That said, I'm looking forward to not running tomorrow LOL.3

@Janet - That's really impressive! That's a lot streak. The only streak I can put together is when I forget my towel and run naked to the closet for a clean one.1

July 4: Adding 10 miles of walking and running...mostly walking
July 5: Adding 8 miles of walking and cycling
TTD: 45 miles
@Susan: Thank you Susan! I appreciate the support. And I would not call you a wuss. I feel the same way about storms. We had a number of people killed recently because they were out in them. No sense heightening the risk while riding on a medal object.
@Janet:Congrats on your streak! If I committed and forgot, I would be heading outside at 11:45 pm to make sure I did it. Maybe next time, I will be back in the running game.
@k80flec:Awesome run! I like your positive attitude. Just what I need to inspire me girl. Keep it up!

5th: 0 miles - MTD
6th: 6.35 miles, Rother Valley parkrun plus warm up and cool down - MTD 15.01
I’m visiting my bestie in Sheffield so had the opportunity to do some parkrun tourism. I parked a good mile and a half away from the start and my warm up included some tempo work,then I had the same distance to do as cool down .... in the rain. I got a bit damp.
We also had lunch at a fab farm tea room - no coffee as they only did instant. But the sandwiches and cake were fabulous.

When your friend asks for help moving some stuff, she she says it will take but an hour. And 5 hours later its done, does not leave much time for cycling. So got twice the cycling for tomorrow as I am in the final prep for Tour des Chutes Cancer ride in 6 days time.
