I have fun when I get to get very sweaty doing trail maintenance and cleanup in the forest. Today was a big effort and so far, it feels like my back held up to the demand of the day. Over 2 hours of cutting; lifting; and carrying logs and limbs to the fire.
Tracking: ok
Calories: under by a bit of margin...I did reward myself for really hard work6 -
Pass Day 2
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. 30-minute walk.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Haha. Nope. Over by about double my goal. We had a birthday party/camp out for a family members birthday. So much yummy stuff. I did do great at my portions and skipped a lot of the condiments/halved the cheeses but the foods themselves were just very calorie-laden (homemade crunch wraps, pasta salad (s), cake, etc) And then for lunch it was Buffalo Wild Wings for a friends birthday.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, though I had to guess/use restaurant info for some of the dinner stuff.4 -

Pass #4
I am out of the WC for July. We've had my brother and his family from Missouri with us for the past 4 days, so I did not track. We also had a family reunion today with just over 30 people in attendance. As coordinator for the reunion and also having company, I have been very busy. Not to mention doctor appointments and being at the hospital with DH who underwent Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) on Thursday for treatment of a kidney stone from which he is now recovering...so it has been a crazy few days. Hopefully, back on track tomorrow!10 -

10 mile rum this morning...ending the day with over 32K steps. Under calories (couldn't physically eat all that I accumulated!) and tracked it all.
I apologize for any mispellings as I'm quite tipsy as I'm posting this. Lol Definitely making me feel young!7 -

Calories: Yes

Today was a difficult day to track because I ate all my meals out, but I was under no matter how you would count it. I've been creating some nice deficits and it's starting to show on the scale. Monday is my starting weigh-in for the Christmas Challenge and it's going to leave me with an easier goal for the 24 week challenge (I want to be ~295 lbs by Christmas). I'm also going to be going off my diuretic because my blood pressure is under control. It's a good thing for my health, but it wreaks havoc on tracking my weight. We'll see how it all turns out.4 -
We went for a lovely meal and to the Cromer end of the pier show UK, a must do if you come over to Norfolk in the UK! Amazing talent and my tummy muscles got a good workout!

Ex 2 min
Calories: over by 555😳 but healthy foods. Just didn’t track calories closely enough.
Tracked all
Rested most of today. Cold went back into chest. Bp was very low. I’m very fatigued at being sick for so long. Glad I had a taste of being healthier- now to get back there & stay there!
The good news: scale dropped down 1.8lbs. And I could fit into smaller clothes (and shoes) last night at the store. This reminded me of my accomplishments.
@jan110144 Congratulations on an amazing year!!! Very inspiring.
@w8goal4life I hope your husband is recovering well. I’m sorry you both went through this. Big hugs💕6 -
Yes x3, although I melted my food scales in the middle of day so had to do some guessing!
10km run intervals got me plenty of exercise cals sonic confident I was under.
New scales purchased, new week here we go!6 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 40 min water aerobics
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? I failed to add my water aerobics in to Fitbit last night so mfp numbers look off but in reality I was under just a small bit.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank yes
@MadisonMolly2017 congratulations on the scale and nsv victory!
@MadDuck62 good luck with your Christmas Challenge! You can do this!!

@MadisonMolly2017 So happy you were pleased with 1.8 pounds down and new clothes/shoes! It's nice to have those step by step accomplishments to keep us motivated. Hoping you are feeling better soon. Thank you, also, for your concern about DH.2

Yes X 3
I don't know how I get so far behind on logging in. I have been sick but are in the upswing. It takes my body much longer to get over stuff. I think I got a double or triple whammy from my trip. I've been doing natural stuff to get better. My body had been responding but of course slower than I like. My husband insisted on me going to the Doc. He said what I am doing is working that's good to know. Not pushing myself. I have been able to exercise. Slow and steady. Yesterday was the first day I felt like pushing it a little bit on my walk. It felt really good.5 -
