I feel like screaming, or crying, or kicking something! I have been in Ketosis EVERY day this week. I have measured with both Keto Stix AND a Precision Xtra. The lowest reading I got was a 0.5 and the highest I got was a 2.0. Most of my readings were in the 0.9 to 1.2 range.
Well, I am going to try to shake this off and try again next week.6 -

I was keto pre baby and lost 50lbs. My OB had me go off keto while pregnant and Im soooo happy to be back now I was able to restart 1 wk post partum so technically July 10 is my 1st day back. This is my long haul. I love keto so much. Previously I had few cheat meals because this way of eating was pretty much designed for me. I have great receipes and cook book recommendations. Please add me as a friend if youre looking to connect on your keto endevor. Heres to being retired from baby making, the long haul that puts my body back at a size 10/12 where it likes to be, wearing my amazing clothes that have outlived their time in a tote in the basement, getting back to that amazing steady keto energy and deep sleep, I am soooo ready.7 -

So, This was a weird weight in. Last week, before my mini vacation I was at 155 but mini vacation happen and I went back to my June original weight. Then this week a significant drop. I hope this is real and the scale is not playing games with my mind. Hope everyone has a great week3 -

Hopping back on the wagon today, despite the fact that I'm going on vacation next week... My main motivation is all of the inflammation in my body right now, which I'm sure is a direct result of the poor food choices I've been making. TOO. MUCH. SUGAR!!!!! My wrist, shoulder and foot hurt and I just want to feel good again!

I started on July 9th. and I have lost 6 pound so far. Looking to get healthy so I can go to the gym with my teenage boys and keep up with them. Okay maybe not keep up with them but at least have them be proud of me and not embarrassed!!!

Back from 2 weeks of RVing, just estimating carbs and paying attention to sodium. Limited food choices helped and having plenty of keto friendly meats. I think I reheated a kirkland polish dog for breakfast each morning the second week.

I resisted a week of buffet style hotel food, *yeah* ! I might go back to IF now that I'm home and I'll try to walk or exercise in some way. Between a demanding job (sitting) and the heat outside, I am very sedentary and overall in a poor shape.
Only one pound at a time this month, but looks like I might still make my July GW! 10 days and 1.8lb to go!4 -
