I ate more carbs (more vegetables only last week.)1 -
I started on July 9th. and I have lost 6 pound so far. Looking to get healthy so I can go to the gym with my teenage boys and keep up with them. Okay maybe not keep up with them but at least have them be proud of me and not embarrassed!!!

Back from 2 weeks of RVing, just estimating carbs and paying attention to sodium. Limited food choices helped and having plenty of keto friendly meats. I think I reheated a kirkland polish dog for breakfast each morning the second week.

I resisted a week of buffet style hotel food, *yeah* ! I might go back to IF now that I'm home and I'll try to walk or exercise in some way. Between a demanding job (sitting) and the heat outside, I am very sedentary and overall in a poor shape.
Only one pound at a time this month, but looks like I might still make my July GW! 10 days and 1.8lb to go!4 -

I had a gain during my travels; when I got home I was up almost 5 lbs, but it seems to have been mostly water weight as it started dropping immediately once I got back to my normal routine. I know I won't hit my July goal of 145, but I am feeling pretty good right now.
ALSO! On Thursday, I defended my dissertation and now have my PhD in cognitive neuroscience. It was funny; on the morning of my defense, I was getting dressed and grabbed my size 10 dress pants that were so tight back in April. I put them on and they were so big I couldn't wear them without looking ridiculous. Fortunately, I found a pencil skirt I had planned to donate to Goodwill. It was also too big and I had to pay attention to it since it kept rotating around my waist, but it worked well enough to get my though my defense.

@leahk80 Congratulations on hitting the first goal!! I did the same that you did. The scales was showing a lb gained and I was no way. I waited one day and now back to normal. The scale lies sometimes, either way you are doing great

After a Break for four Months, I am back to Keto I just only gained 4 kgs after losing 16kgs. Now I lost those 4 kgs too. Good to see many of them are still active and doing. I hope you guys are rocking. I am just late will be on this journey.

I ran into Keto/Fasting by destiny I guess, watching a video of Jo Elliott. Im on my forth week with fasting and second week of Keto. Is a like miracle. from 35 waist to 32. Have lost a bit of strength, but I take the look. Six pack starting to show nicely.
