    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, lots of activity today....getting ready for a day trip tomorrow.

    Tomorrow will be a planned pass day...but I'm already out of the WC for July due to unplanned pass days the second week of the month.

    Exercise: Walking at nice pace
    Tracking: good
    Calories: I was off by missing lunch due to non-stop client meetings. Fortunately, I did not overdo it at dinner. Under my limit by ok margin

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes- 2.5 mile run and 1.25 walk. Plus we went to our local zoo so about an hour of walking.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 3 mile treadmill run this morning. Was hoping to do a double workout, but I was so tired tonight. Work is kicking my butt lately.

    @n_lai You can do this, lots of good advice and motivation given already but I am cheering you on! Take it one day at a time, with the attitude of the little engine that could! I know you can, I know you can! woot woot.

    Even though I haven't been totally consistent for the whole month this challenge has really helped me tonstay on track, thank you!
