Very busy day today at work. Everyone getting ready for our long weekend. It is a Canadian long weekend. It is called BC days here in British Columbia. Every province has their own spin on it! I am working all weekend but that is okay I am hoping to get caught up on some things, if today was any indication of what is to come it might be tricky though..lol

We have 4 grand kids with us. Each day is a party! Today was also a 13th birthday party. No regrets pass day. I made the homemade ice cream (that is a Grandpa Rick specialty). The other 3 grand kids made the birthday cake.
I did get lots of exercise, but no way to track the calories and I am definitely over my limit.6 -
