    I HATE pushups...hahaha! MY upper body strength is just pitiful, so I'm working on improving that! This challenge is really hard for me, but with logging in my sets, I do find I am improving, albeit slowly!

    Thanks also on the steps, although that wasn't one of my best days. I aim for 100K+ a week, which is around 8 miles a day. Yesterday I didn't reach that goal, but this new exercise regime I've started is just a shy of pure torture, lol! :D
