SORRY TEAM - I was on holiday and although did lots of walking did make poor choices food & drinks wise. But I don't just want to live my life on a diet so enjoyed my hols and now back on track.
I think one thing to consider is to find an eating plan that you don't consider a "diet". I'm not on a diet. I have found a healthy way of eating that I plan to utilize the utilize the rest of my life. I have yo-yo dieted my entire life and this is the first time ever that I know I won't ever go back to eating high calorie foods as soon as go off of the "diet". This is just a thought. The goal is to maintain your loss forever. Find a plan you can stick with without feeling cheated.1 -
