    I think one thing to consider is to find an eating plan that you don't consider a "diet". I'm not on a diet. I have found a healthy way of eating that I plan to utilize the utilize the rest of my life. I have yo-yo dieted my entire life and this is the first time ever that I know I won't ever go back to eating high calorie foods as soon as go off of the "diet". This is just a thought. The goal is to maintain your loss forever. Find a plan you can stick with without feeling cheated.

    I'm dealing with a lot of pressure and stress at work right now. I realllllly want to retire .....I just hate the thought of looking for at least a part time job. It's hard to stay focused on my health but I've gotta do it.

    I need to travel to help my mom with a medical appointment today so I may be out of touch as she does not have the internet and gets upset to see me on the computer :/ I think that I will be coming back on Saturday if all goes well as I have an uncle that just passed and I will need to travel again for his wake and funeral.
