SORRY TEAM - I was on holiday and although did lots of walking did make poor choices food & drinks wise. But I don't just want to live my life on a diet so enjoyed my hols and now back on track.

I need to travel to help my mom with a medical appointment today so I may be out of touch as she does not have the internet and gets upset to see me on the computer I think that I will be coming back on Saturday if all goes well as I have an uncle that just passed and I will need to travel again for his wake and funeral.1 -

Wrong way, seems to be a bit more difficult than I thought to stay in the 180's. Picked up my steps 14200 average for the last week. Got my 10 miles in on Sunday, this week it bumps to 11. Hopefully picking up my mileage for my marathon training will start to pay off on the scale.1 -

@tennisquilter I gave up protein bars as I gave up all forms of processed food, for good! Real food is always a better option, but protein bars can work.
