    SORRY TEAM - I was on holiday and although did lots of walking did make poor choices food & drinks wise. But I don't just want to live my life on a diet so enjoyed my hols and now back on track.

    Holidays get the best of most of us! Don't worry about it, and jiow you enjoyed yourself, as that's what holidays are for! X

    I'm dealing with a lot of pressure and stress at work right now. I realllllly want to retire .....I just hate the thought of looking for at least a part time job. It's hard to stay focused on my health but I've gotta do it.

    I need to travel to help my mom with a medical appointment today so I may be out of touch as she does not have the internet and gets upset to see me on the computer :/ I think that I will be coming back on Saturday if all goes well as I have an uncle that just passed and I will need to travel again for his wake and funeral.

    Wrong way, seems to be a bit more difficult than I thought to stay in the 180's. Picked up my steps 14200 average for the last week. Got my 10 miles in on Sunday, this week it bumps to 11. Hopefully picking up my mileage for my marathon training will start to pay off on the scale.

    Does anyone else plan their meals ahead to stay within daily calorie intake? It really seems to help me knowing what I will eat each day. When I'm done, I'm done.

    @galeroke I don't live my life on a diet, I just eat for my goals, whatever those are at the time.

    @tennisquilter I gave up protein bars as I gave up all forms of processed food, for good! Real food is always a better option, but protein bars can work.

    Comments: Doing a crappy job of keeping up this week, sorry, next week will be better, hours at work will be back to normal. It doesn't help that I'm trying to prepare to drive out to Holiday World to meet my family on Saturday either (about a 3.5 hour drive). Just a busy week for me.

    Exercise ✅ got up at 5:30 and out the door by 5:50 to get in Week 2 day 2 of half marathon training.
    Goals/Day/Comments: Accoontability started this week with one of my good friends and it has helped me tremendously to stay on track!
