    Day 17 of restart.

I went WAY over points (62), which I know because I tracked everything.

Keep on tracking, Gavin! Even if you're over points, the knowledge of it it useful.

    Day 20 of restart.

I’ve tracked everything the past three days, but for some reason I’m forgetting to report it daily.

Yesterday I made progress on tracking as I ate, rather than after the fact.

I tracked and stayed within points every day. I had to go out of town unexpectedly, so I didn't get to check out the gyms near me.

Goal for the week is tracking and making smart choices while on vacation.

    Day 24 of restart.
    I tracked everything this week.

I hit my points goal two out of seven days. On the one hand, it is frustrating that I am not doing better. But on the other hand, that is actually progress for me. I have gone off from tracking at the end of the day to tracking as I eat. If I can keep that up, I expect to see more consistently choosing healthier choices.

My brother is also committed to a healthy lifestyle, so he and I have been choosing to make healthy meals when we watch football together. Today I am making grilled chicken, deviled eggs, and an orange Caprese salad.

Day 27 of restart. I tracked everything. I celebrated my mother in laws birthday yesterday, and went over my points with dinner. Otherwise I made good healthy choices.

Tracked everything the past two days and came within my goal points each day. It’s getting easier to make the right decisions for me.

Tracked it all yesterday came in 4 points under. I find it easier to remember to track it on the days I have been to a meeting

    Day 30 of restart.
Tracked everything I ate and stayed within my points goal.
For the week, I stayed within points four out of seven days, which is a weekly goal for me. That’s the first time since I have started this challenge. Yay me!
