    Final weigh in
    Last week- 231.6
    This week- 233.0
    ⬆1.4lbs
    Not as bad as I thought but still not good. This brings me to a total loss of 5.4lbs for the month of August which still puts me a little over my 5lb monthly goal. The last 2 weeks may not have been my best but I'll still count this month as a win. On to September.

    @mirendybryant, great strategy....looking at the month as a whole. Put these last two weeks behind you, and start September with a renewed resolve!!

    It's been a bit crazy in my life, but here's my update, and hoping for a good weigh-in tomorrow!

    Mini Challenge

    Monday yes/yes/yes
    Tuesday yes/no/yes

    :( went to the movies and ate a bag of popcorn, putting me about 160 calories over for the day. It could have been much worse.

    On we go! Was going to take a break for Sept but you guys got me through some tough stuff so I'm going to stick around. The accountability helps me so much to focus.

    I think many of us often want to take some time off from this challenge - actually I did do it for about a month or so last winter. But you hit it on the head. This group helps through the tough times and keeps us accountable - even if sometimes it just means making one or some better decisions we may not have.

    Well it seems I have made one hard move, which is ripping off the vacation mode band aid, and jumped back into a good groove. Now I need to challenge myself to not sabotage my hard work

    So not doing very good on actually having “yes’s” with the challenge, but I’m tracking and being more mindful which I hope will help me start September off on a good note.

    I’ve been trying to rip the bandaid off for a month - hopefully this last week will actually get it all the way off :D .

    I am so happy I found this challenge! I love how encouraging everyone is to each other, and the weekly weigh in keeps me focused on the smaller goal of the week instead of the huge one of ultimate goal weight. I didn’t participate in the mini challenge this month, or post other than weigh ins, but I am going to challenge myself to interact more September and to join in on the mini challenges.
