GOOD AFTERNOON WORKOUTWARRIORS GREG HERE still in town but we do have some good news on Lucy. SHE IS NOT GOING TO LEAVE ME. SHE went through a tough surgery. The tumor was wrapped around the Vena Cava Artery which supplies blood to the entire body. Doc Preston and her surgical assistant spent 3 hours on her cutting away the tumor piece by piece. She lost a lot of blood, but she was recovering and everything looked great a few hours ago. Hopefully she will be able to come home with me tonight. Thank you for your support for her and me

Good morning! The Sunrise was stunning this morning. I did some stretching which felt great, and the scale is sneaking down. Getting myself into routine is so crucial to not just my weight loss but my overall well-being.

Here’s to a fantastic day for everyone!

@Navydaddjtc Good to see Lucy is doing better.

For September, I still want to be on the Step Team. I think we are finally getting into some type of routine at our new house. I have been off for the past 2 weeks moving households. That is no excuse for not being more active. On a great note, I have been in the same weight range even without accurate logging of diet, but I really want to drop about 15 - 20 pounds. I am still 90 pounds down from where I started. It is encouraging that I have been able to maintain to a certain extent. I vow to be more present and active on the group. I really appreciate the encouragement and camaraderie that we have. When I first started I thought 10K steps was a lot. Now my goal is 13K steps/daily. One of the main reasons I have increased it is the encouragement here to be a better person. Greg, you are an awesome team captain and @fitness327wk a great motivator. Have a GREAT DAY!!!
