    Week 4 Challenge from Shrinking Assets
    This week is going to be about what makes us happy or thankful. Let’s make a list of those items. But how long is the list going to be? Well, it’s all about your age. Add the 2 numbers of your age together. For example, I am 55, so 5+5=10. My list will have 10 things that make me happy or thankful. Everyday take a few items from your list and share it with the your teammates.

    @Navydaddjtc sometimes I’m not sure myself! Yesterday I ran 7 miles in the morning and then later felt guilty for not taking the dogs so took them on a 3.5 mile walk. Friday I golfed and I walk when I golf so that gets a lot of steps. Really I just don’t sit a lot! I might sit and watch tv right before bed but otherwise I’m usually up and about either cleaning or taking care of the kids or exercising. Unfortunately all the steps don’t make up for all the eating I do, I can’t seem to lose any weight!

    Hey everyone, still alive and kicking. Actually, since my son and I got back into that stupid pokemon go game, my steps are actually up...

    Anyway - I know I am out for Aug, but beginning Sept. - 309.0 Fri

    On a worst note - I am off to Orthopedics today, was going down a huge flight of stairs (actually about 90 steps) and felt a tear in my knee, then had to go back up. Question of possibly having torn my meniscus. Will know more later today.
