    Yesterdays goals have been met I got my water in I moved around a little and I logged under my calories impressed with myself haha at the doctor's now and they weighed me think my scale is wrong cuz it says 183.4 last check I was at 187!! I'm going to get new batteries! I'm feeling so much better pressing on today with the same goals!!

    Should have been higher because the first four hours I was at the zoo today it didn’t register any steps at all... probably because I was pushing a stroller. I definitely put in some miles during those four hours, believe me!

    Oh I was so excited I forgot to check in and say that yesterday's goals were all met!! yea even though it's Friday I'm going to try and do it again used to be my day off but clearly I don't deserve a day off!
