I AM IN THIS CHALLENGE WITH @mari_moulin FROM THE TEAM WAISTAWAYS AND ALSO SHE IS THE OWNER OF THE GROUP.
NEVER EVER HAVE I ATTEMPTED ANYTHING LIKE THIS SINCE MY DAYS OF RUNNING ON THE BEACH WITH SHADOWX-117 BESIDE ME AND A 280 PD RUCKSACK ON MY BACK... GUESS WE WILL SEE IF I STILL GOT THE CHOPS OF A NAVY SEAL DOG HANDLER....I MAY HAVE TO WALK IT TO START OF WITH JUST TO GET MY BREATHING TECHNIQUE IN ORDER.

Good Monday! My healths really challenging me...All I want to do is shut down... Made an appt w Dr for tomorrow so todays challenge is to NOT GIVE UP. You all have no idea how you're keeping me from throwing in the towel. Life has handed me lemons...im going to go try and make some lemonade (with no sugar haha) Sorry Im not more supportive...Im working on doing better.2
