Welcome new people!
Ok group I posted this in both the forums and my wall and I thought I would ask here too.
Iβm considering doing a diet break for the next two weeks. I have been struggling a little and Iβm hopeful that a short break will be what I need. My plan is to log and eat at maintenance calories. Has anyone done these and if so do you have any advice?1 -

For me it doesnβt work. Every 21 days you create a new habit. I tend to stay off track and stay there.1 -

GOOD EVENING TEAM... LET ME CATCH YOU UP QUICKLY HERE.... SORRY FOR THE INCONSISTENCY OF ME BEING AROUND..... MON HAD MY APPT. WITH MY PAIN MGMGT DOC JUST A MEET AND GREET AND GETTING ALL OF THE INFORMATION FROM THE OTHER DOC'S INVOLVED IN MY PROSTHESIS FOOT AND ANKLE AND YES THE LEG ALSO... SEVERAL OPTION TO CHOOSE FROM AND WE WILL DISCUSS THAT IN ABOUT 3 WEEKS... THEY HAVE TO WAIT ON TEST COMING BACK FROM THE LAB..
TODAY WOKE TO MY BABY GIRL LUCY OUR 11 YR OLD ROTT AND SHE WAS IN PAIN .... BEING A RETIRED DOG HANDLER I KNOW WHAT TO FOR AND IT WAS A DISTENDED TUMMY.. VERY SORE TO THE TOUCH SO I GOT READY TO TRAVEL INTO TOWN TO DOC NOTTINGHAM'S OFFICE OUR VET FOR BOTH THE DOGS.... X-RAYS SHOW A TUMOR PRESSING AGAINST THE SPLEEN...SO TOMORROW AT 0600HRS HE IS TAKING HER INTO SURGERY TO SEE WHAT ELSE GIVES... HOPEFULLY THERE IS NO CANCER THERE AND WE CAN BRING HER HOME TOMORROW EVENING.
C225K HAS BEEN NON EXISTENT SO FAR THIS WEEK... I AM PLANNING AND THE DAMM CREEK DOESN'T RISE I'LL GET TO IT TOMORROW MORNING THURS AND FRI. ππ

I had my final teleconference last night for the book selection committee Iβm on. I feel relief. I am going to take a year off from the committee because reading over 125 books in 8 months was just way too much. Itβs all I did, at the expense of just about everything else.
I have been back at work this week and it feels great! I absolutely thrive off of routine and my eating is so much easier when Iβm at work every day.

Ive manage to come down with a head cold always always something I got two of my three goals done yesterday wasn't able to work out probably can't today either but I'm trying to hang in there and do what I can on the eating and water

GOOD AFTERNOON WORKOUTWARRIORS GREG HERE still in town but we do have some good news on Lucy. SHE IS NOT GOING TO LEAVE ME. SHE went through a tough surgery. The tumor was wrapped around the Vena Cava Artery which supplies blood to the entire body. Doc Preston and her surgical assistant spent 3 hours on her cutting away the tumor piece by piece. She lost a lot of blood, but she was recovering and everything looked great a few hours ago. Hopefully she will be able to come home with me tonight. Thank you for your support for her and me
