    My dad is still really sick and one of my employees quit and I didn't even think about weigh in. I am so sorry.

    Welcome new people!

    Ok group I posted this in both the forums and my wall and I thought I would ask here too.

    I’m considering doing a diet break for the next two weeks. I have been struggling a little and I’m hopeful that a short break will be what I need. My plan is to log and eat at maintenance calories. Has anyone done these and if so do you have any advice?

    For me it doesn’t work. Every 21 days you create a new habit. I tend to stay off track and stay there.

    I add in almond milk 30 calories per cup and a herbal blend I buy at Whole Foods, yummy!

    I had my final teleconference last night for the book selection committee I’m on. I feel relief. I am going to take a year off from the committee because reading over 125 books in 8 months was just way too much. It’s all I did, at the expense of just about everything else.

    I have been back at work this week and it feels great! I absolutely thrive off of routine and my eating is so much easier when I’m at work every day.

    Ive manage to come down with a head cold always always something I got two of my three goals done yesterday wasn't able to work out probably can't today either but I'm trying to hang in there and do what I can on the eating and water

    GOOD AFTERNOON WORKOUTWARRIORS GREG HERE still in town but we do have some good news on Lucy. SHE IS NOT GOING TO LEAVE ME. SHE went through a tough surgery. The tumor was wrapped around the Vena Cava Artery which supplies blood to the entire body. Doc Preston and her surgical assistant spent 3 hours on her cutting away the tumor piece by piece. She lost a lot of blood, but she was recovering and everything looked great a few hours ago. Hopefully she will be able to come home with me tonight. Thank you for your support for her and me
