Well, itβs all about your age. Add the 2 numbers of your age together. For example, I am 55, so 5+5=10. My list will have 10 things that make me happy or thankful. @Navydaddjtc sometimes Iβm not sure myself! Yesterday I ran 7 miles in the morning and then later felt guilty for not taking the dogs so took them on a 3.5 mile walk. Friday I golfed and I walk when I golf so that gets a lot of steps. Really I just donβt sit a lot! I might sit and watch tv right before bed but otherwise Iβm usually up and about either cleaning or taking care of the kids or exercising. Unfortunately all the steps donβt make up for all the eating I do, I canβt seem to lose any weight!
